Our pieces are handcrafted and slight variations can be expected. We do not seal our jewellery unless otherwise stated in the description, therefore oxidation is possible. Simply use the polish cloth that came with your order to gently shine it right up again! DO NOT WASH THIS CLOTH - the darker it gets, the better it works!

A few more tips:

- Wear your pieces! The more you wear your jewellery, the less you have to polish it. You may keep your solid metal rings (those without stones) on when washing your hands, this will help to keep their shine. Washing hands is fine, but do not apply hand lotion over rings.

- Do not swim with your jewellery.

- Some of our chains are plated, this will be specified and should NOT be polished

- Keep jewellery with gemstones away from sunlight and chemicals such as perfumes, hairspray etc. Some stones may also be fragile or porous, so take care to polish around the stone and not over the stone. Please keep items away from chemicals, perfumes and lotions.

- If you wish to give your brass items a more thorough clean, we recommend Brasso and a soft cloth. Use a small amount with the cloth and then use the dry side of the cloth to polish the residue off.

Please remember that jewellery is in general delicate and should to be treated as such.
