Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item by contacting us within 10 working days of purchase. The item should be packaged carefully and returned in its original condition and sent within 10 working days to our offices. You are responsible for the courier fees on returns.

Smitted Studio does not do refunds for returned goods, we can however credit the user with store credit. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.
Smitted Studio reserves the right to charge a 10% administration fee on refunds for unsuitable items.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE, EXCLUDING:

- Custom-made pieces

-  Any products bought on sale 

- Chains

- Sample sale items

- Discounted items

PLEASE NOTE:

-  Products being returned must be unused, unworn, undamaged and properly protected.
- We don’t accept any returns after the 2 week grace period.
-   You will need to pay for postage when returning the item.
-  We recommend using registered mail, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post. Or you can contact us to arrange collection with our couriers at R85 one way.

Unfortunately we do not take responsibility for broken chains. Chains, by nature, are extremely delicate and need to be handled with great care by the wearer.
